Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
Entries made in a partner search tool are processed by that provider. Luna County Court Docket does not store or log the query on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
Email messages are retained to respond and are not shared outside the organization unless a legal obligation requires disclosure.

No Court-Record Data on File
Luna County Court Docket does not host, compile, sell, or maintain court-record databases. It identifies official sources such as New Mexico Case Lookup, re:SearchNM, and local clerks. It is not a consumer reporting agency and does not assemble visitor data into consumer reports.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside search providers process their tools under their own privacy policies, retention practices, and sharing rules. Review the provider’s policy before submitting a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links to court, clerk, and search resources open websites controlled by others. Their privacy policies govern those visits. Advertising partners may conduct their own cross-site activity tracking.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal data is not sold. Information may be processed by:
- Search partners handling a submitted query
- Analytics providers
- Advertising networks
- Government or law-enforcement bodies responding to a valid legal order
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable security practices are used, but no internet transmission or system can be guaranteed fully secure.

The service is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
Your Data Rights
New Mexico’s Inspection of Public Records Act, NMSA 1978, Sections 14-2-1 through 14-2-12, governs access to public records held by public bodies, not this private resource.
